self-employed business or contractor income—profit/loss statement, 1099-NEC/1099-MISC, capital equipment information, mileage/actual vehicle expenses, self-employed insurance payments, Keogh, SEP, SIMPLE and other self-employed pension plans, Estimated Tax payments made
auto expenses and annual mileage for vehicles used in self-employed business
home office for business—home size, office size, rent/mortgage, utility, insurance expenses
rental property income&expense—profit/loss statement, rental mortgage 1098, insurance, property tax
income from sales of property (Personal Residence/Other Homes/Rental Property)— original cost or closing statement, cost of all improvements, refi escrow statements, final closing statement/1099-S
1099-C cancelled debt-consumer or mortgage debt(short sale/foreclosure)
prior year installment sale information—forms 6252, principal and Interest collected during the year, SSN and address of payer

Form 1098s - Home mortgage interest and points paid for all properties owned
property taxes paid on all properties owned (regular and supplemental)
State and local income taxes paid
Vehicle License Fee on registration

charitable donations—cash/check/cc amounts (must have receipt or statement), value of donated items, miles driven, and out-of-pocket expenses
Medical and dental expenses (must exceed 7.5% of your AGI)
